While all of us go through high and low moments in life, at times these high and low points can be experienced in a single day or hour. I am sure all of us have been through a low phase, where we didn’t even know the reason for the same thereby choosing to punish others around by passing on our negativity.
Next time when you are stuck in such a situation, remember it just takes a positive thought and the intention to feel normal that breaks the cycle of negativity. Each one of us have at least one instance where suddenly the chain of negativity broke with the simplest things of life. Be it seeing a smiling face, favourite song playing on Radio, a conversation with a stranger, a sweet old memory or something that you are thinking of right now which is making you smile again.
As we all know, our body responds to our thoughts, hence it becomes very important for us to first have an intention to feel better. In times like these no one else can help you better than you yourself.
Fighting these situations have become easier with access to your music and photo library in your hand and your best pal being just a phone call away, but all of this would work only if you take the first step correct with the correct intention.
