A walk
A long walk any time during the day( preferably morning) has the potential to not only improve your physical health but mental health too, provided it’s done with more consciousness and being present in the moment. What do I mean? Let me explain with how today morning’s walk helped me, to begin with it inspired me to write this blog.
While the blossoming flowers added smile, the fallen dry leaves were indication of formation of new life, they bought hope and desire. The nature in itself presented the cycle of life without speaking anything. Watching a lady watering her plants showed the importance of routine and consistency. A lady walking barefoot to the temple displayed dedication and how it helps you overcome challenges.
The old couple walking together showed how important it is to nurture relationships and what does the term life partner literally means, may be many of us are loosing focus on this aspect as we are just focused on making our careers. The chirping birds their flight in groups and wandering animals presented life skills and a message that everything isn’t easy and it is meant to be that way.
These were few of my observations, I am sure you would have your set of observations and sources of inspiration too, most of these will come by being away from electronics and being present in the moment.
Have a lovely Day ahead
