AI Bane or a Boon
An article by founder of a startup intrigued me to write this. He stated that he would be using AI to reduce manpower by a three digit number so that his startup can sustain for longer.
Questions that immediately occurred in my mind were:
- If the employment rate keeps reducing how will the spending power be retained ?
- If opportunities get restricted to AI driven jobs what are the career options for the growing children
- Would money be replaced by services in to get back to ancient barter system?
- Are different countries and governments ready to support such shift ?
- Is the current education system doing enough to develop skills and get aligned to future career prospects?
- Is AI sustainable and favourable for mankind in a long run?
- How would a world without emotions be like?
