Here comes yet another example of learning through others experience and being vigilant to our surroundings.
I was in between a meeting when one of my colleague received a call and started counselling some one on certain situation. It was not my intention to hear her conversation but I couldn't stop my self from over hearing as my organs were just performing there regular function.
She said a very nice line all issues are as big as you make them and on this I would like to add that your reactions can be as vast as you want and as limited as you decide.
Any thought would run in your system as long as you want it to be.
Make your choices and stop holding others responsible for what you are or what your reactions are.
