Authority in right interests

They say a person changes with power and position, as we grow higher we start disposing more of authority but what we often forget is that with every position comes responsibility as well. I would not name the specific service industry man whom I observed, and who became the inspiration for my blog today, but it was the miss use of his authority that his position gave him that forced me to write a blog today. While he became the source of inspiration but this applies to each one of us and we all must have definitely miss used our authority at at-least  one point of time in life. when we get authority and the decision making power we have a chance to make things or break them, while breaking things or taking decisions against a situation might sound easier but it’s difficult to take that initiative to move out of the way to make things possible as expected by people who have given you the authority, for it’s the trust that they had in you that resulted into giving you the power. There wouldn’t possibly be anyone who would question any of your decision or oppose it, but it becomes your eternal responsibility to do justice to the power and use it in the best interest of people to whom its related too, it should be used as  a protective weapon and not as a source of threat.
