Career life that you choose to live

While all of us keep looking for choices in life and look for something better, sometimes I feel that life would have been a different experience if we had no choice. How would we have reacted if we were not given any choice for anything and just had to accept what comes our way, would we have been more patient? Would our acceptance level to situation increase? Or would we have been  cribbing all the time saying that I wish I had a choice. Grass is always greener the other side, but another truth of life is that we don’t value things until we lose them. One choice that most of us personally make and now is very much independent from our parents wish is the choice of career/profession. What are the factors that  make you decide that you have made a right choice? Is it the monitory result or self-satisfaction or may be both. It might differ from person to person, but the one whom you see enjoying and living his/her profession day in and out is the one who is proud of his choice. Career can’t be scaled in terms of monitory benefits only, it is equally termed and analyzed on the level of your satisfaction because half of your life  goes in living the profession you have chosen. This profession is nothing but the routine that you chose to live and the people you chose to be with. No amount of money can give you the happiness that the satisfaction of living that routine gives.

I know it’s easy for me to write all this, but they are multiple factors that affect our choice of career as well, but why forget that forced or happily accepted it was your decision finally, right? You always had the power to accept or decline it, then why crib later.

A man may not be known for the profession he chooses but would definitely be recognized for the way he lives his decision.
