A conversation with my friend, resulted into thought for the day, I was just discussing probably the right way to say certain statements or say expressing facts. For e.g. it would be wrong to say that my MOM looks like me, its rather me looking like her, at which my friend said there is one more way to say it and that is "you both look similar". So true it was, and from there came the inspiration for the day.
When we compare things what do we look for? we usually look for things in a manner that we choose one over the other, which one is better kinds.
your comparisons can be a s positive or negative as you want them to be, by looking into positives or finding negatives, one comparison to which we often have a blind fold is similarities. comparing similarities can be more learning as we might end up finding our own improvement areas more often then we usually do.
While none of these above comparisons can be used as a golden rule of life for all phases but practicing each one of them with a conscious mind would aid us understanding situations better and handling things in a better manner.
