Dare to fly

A lovely morning in not so lovely surroundings, I say so because I wasn’t close to nature today, but yes in one of my favorite cities. Standing n  balcony here mostly means, standing in front of grills a feet or two away.

As I was trying to look out of the tall buildings to find something different, I saw a pigeon sitting on the balcony of adjacent room, I saw the pigeon fiddling with a loose wire, I was keen to know what is his state of mind. After few seconds it flew to my balcony and then sat at the edge of it, balancing himself on one toe, I first fell scared that he would hurt himself and the very next moment I realized it knows how to fly, and that the reason he can sit on the edge.

We need to be the same, learn to believe ourselves and have the faith that no matter how down we fall, we can rise up again and fly. And we will learn to fly only when we dare to stand on edges.
