Deeds-of-today

The clock seems to be running really fast as I get stuck in work that seems endless today, the inspiration for today’s blog comes from a lady who was sitting next to me on my way back to Delhi from Bangalore.

I didn’t really realize that I was meeting her for the first time since flow of conversation was so smooth that we never realized how one conversation lead to other after silent intervals in between. Yet again I arrived to my favorite discussion on Karma and Destiny, discussed what meditation meant to me and then came a thoughtful suggestion from the elderly on Karm Yog, under which comes the fact that whatever work you do should be done with full focus and control over heart and mind, we shouldn’t deviate from our principles even for fraction of seconds. You don’t have to leave the endearments of todays life but just have to tune up mind to be so strong that it can have single focus, trust me it is more difficult than understanding today’s blog, or writing it, I wonder would I ever be able to follow it. Karam Yog says that perform every deed in a manner that you have to gift it to God. The topic of discussion is such that it just takes mind to a level beyond understanding and acceptance of core reality. It’s better to absorb as much as you can accept and stop thinking of the rest. You have to find your own static solution from the dynamic.
