Dictator Leader

Leader; what is the first thought or word that comes to your mind when you hear this word? Authority? Responsibility? Capability? Mentor?

Each one of us may have different prospective to who a leader is, but most of us must have read and some of us would agree that leaders are born with leadership skills but its te attitude that they carry that makes them different from others. They are the people who take responsibility and practice authority to their best of capability. They are leader by virtue of their actions and not just words. I read an interesting article which stated many qualities a leader should have, while its easier to remember the bookish knowledge but leadership skills are to be proven by practice and not dictator ship there is a very fine difference between the same. While a leader is never afraid of performing himself a dictator likes to make others perform. A dictator might create a mob  but leader creates movements, dictator may like to be the one to outshine amongst the team, but a leader likes to be a part of outshining team. Dictator finger points, leader finds solutions together. Dictator may be upset of failures, leader changes failures into success or at least attempts to do so. Dictator may leave his team alone subconsciously by finger pointing or throwing accountability of results to others but leader walks together in team be it in good or bad times. A dictator seeks results but leader derives results.

Choose what you want to be and what you don’t like being.
