A common observation which all of us must have made at one time or the other is that when a person gives justification and it is not being accepted the person starts speaking louder in terms of volume. This also happens during arguments and mostly when a person knows that he/she is right. This also happens when a person is very excited and wants to express things to others, There is no harm in speaking loud until or unless you are entering in someone’s personal space or trying to force your opinion on others.
What is the reaction that happens in our body and how do our nerves react to such situations is beyond my limited knowledge but all I want to say here is that truth doesn’t need to justify self with high volume or loud conversations, truth is always complete in self and we should keep it simple and be calm while representing our truthful facts and opinions. Conversations in high volume only lead to stress and unpleasant scenarios.
Next time when you put your point ahead just keep your cool and express facts and not exaggerate things.
