I felt little heavy headed while at home, it felt like stress would not leave my company. For few silly moments I thought that I just wanted to be alone, wanted no one to talk to me or even roam in the circumferences around. After few hours when I left home for duty I interacted to the driver who had come to pick me up and sort out the miss-communication on pick up time. I suddenly felt lighter and started observing things around and didn’t even realize when I totally forgot about the stress that kept running in and around me. It is then that I realized that getting into a shell when you are upset is probably the easiest way to hurt yourself and mess up things. It takes just a moment to let that positive ray in you and rise up hopes back again, but for that its only you who has to take this initiative. Remember there is nothing more important than present, if you chose to worry for future and what would come ahead, why can’t you just have a positive outlook and be excited about what would come next, for it would surely be something new and would definitely give you new learnings.
