We all know that they are two kinds of energies that surround us and within us, they are; positive and negative, and ideally both should be at equal proportion to neutralize the effects. Ideal way of living life is with a neutral outlook, because it is only then that we have control over our emotions and right outlook towards life, for when we have too much positive energy we tend to get over excited and over confident and hence lose track of reality, similarly when we have too much of negativity we tend to display all negative emotions like ; anger, jealousy etc. it is absolutely fine and human to have negative thought process once in a while, because this opens new dimensions and possibilities and creates a what if scenario in your mind and somehow brings you close to bitter reality which may be a part of your life.this way you get a chance to find illusionary solutions to illusionary problems. it is ok to have some fear for it makes you conscious, but you should always be careful that it doesn’t start effecting you and people around you. You should deal with fear and negativity in such a way that every fear leads to a stronger you and every negative to a positive solution.
So next time when you have negative thoughts don’t get disturbed and don’t create stress additional in your system just try to calm down and analyze the reason of its origination and figure out a solution.

It is ok to get negative at times
