Relationships
Judge or know

Mentoring; is a very strong word and as easy as it may seem, higher are the responsibilities. While you may feel great about the fact that people ask you for advice or come to you to seek clarification. You may feel equally bad if someone misunderstands you. Mentoring is not dependent or restricted to any relationship that you share with any person but is rather dependent to the understanding you both share and the bond you are able to develop. In one of my such conversation while I was discussing about humans and their expectations I realized how important it is not to judge a person and how we often end up judging a person rather than knowing a person. When you meet any one for first time what is it that you carry back at the end of the meeting? A judgment? Or you add to a list of people you know. Your emphasis should be in knowing a person and observing the attributes of that person and not judging and forming opinions.
