We all make mistakes

We all belong to the planet which keeps changing every day, every moment and so does our life, every day is a new learning only if we see it that way. though all off us know that none of us is perfect, but it is rarely accepted publicly.

whenever we are given an improvement feedback, our first reaction becomes either finger pointing or defending and most of us fail to learn from the incident that had the power to help us grow as a human, be it professionally or personally. hence it is imperative that we accept our mistakes forgetting about the extent of error at our end and realize that its only when we leave a scope for some one to speak or point a finger that he can raise a voice against us.

It was not easy for me as well to accept this but only when i went into depth and tried to understand the situation through cool mind that i realized that its only when i would accept the scope of error left would i be more assertive the next time.
