Trouble shooting in personal life should have the same life cycle as your professional life. It should start from identifying the cause of error or discrepancy in desired results, any trouble shooting is incomplete without closure. Identifying the cause is just the first step, a responsible person ensures follows up as deemed fit and required. A mistake that all  of us do is to leave things at follow up stage and don't strive for closure. You may give many reasons to leave things incomplete, but the truth is any justification of not reaching to closure only indicates your inefficiency or inability  to achieve results.

Its easy to get laid back not realising that closure is the last stage and the reward to all your hard work and efforts. While you May lack on patience at this stage but you should be strong enough to motivate yourself to reach the desired results.
