The visit to old age home was very inspiring and they were many learning’s that came back along, while I wanted to write all of them as I and my cousins interacted to them , but I just couldn’t so here come few of the learning’s.
Money is not everything- since this was a privatized old age home, many of the old people living here were from well off families and few of them were actually bearing there expense on their own by giving their own big houses own rents, because they felt alone there and of course senior citizens are not to respected and don’t feel safe staying alone in India, it shame on the youth today that we can’t provide safety and security to people who kept securing us and tried to give us the safest of environment lifelong.
NO age for learning- there is no age for learning, I have kept telling this in my blogs earlier as well , one of the uncle there asked us so are you kids working or studying and one of my cousin just end up saying we are working, have studied enough, to which he said there isn’t any limit to studies and no age to stop studying, we curiously asked him what is he studying now and he said “I am learning computer sciences” and we definitely had our eyes open big. I replied back you that’s nice uncle you want to walk with time. to ensure effective communication with his kids he wanted to learn how to use internet and operate his lap top.
