It so happens with most of us that when we are stuck with something important or least want to be disturbed, we get a call from unknown number which distracts us from our thought process. The moment we come to know that its a call from some customer service centre or sales executive our reaction changes. We don't realise that we become rude and not treat the other person how he or she needs to be treated. I have also done the same many a times until when I realised that how wrong I was. Like I am on work they too are just on duty and covering their respective daily responsibilities. They don't intend to take your precious time, but are just looking forward to assist you with something better or just helping you explore opportunities. You May be busy and don't want to be distracted but that shouldn't mean you hurt other persons self respect or question his responsibilities.
I hope we start making a difference and start treating each other as humans.
