Parenting Form Of Mentoring

Parenting is as interesting as the word itself. The immediate thought in your mind as per me is; am I even qualified to write on this? If you look into physical existence no I don't qualify, but if you look into the deep meaning of parenting I would say yes I do qualify, for parenting is not restricted to be a child's parent but is extended to mentoring. While you are expected to mentor people professionally, this mentoring evolves around your personal treasure-your children. While mentoring might be limited to certain period of time, parenting is a life long process. While professional Mentoring May be done on the lines of certain rules and procedures, parenting has no fixed rules and you often change procedures as per situation. You can only take tips from other parents but can't guarantee as to what worked for them would work for you as well. Parenting is being a child, being an adult, being a teacher and a learner, parenting is experimenting, taking risks, parenting is dedication, its celebration, parenting is taking second birth with the same body, parenting is all about re-learning.it is about doing mistakes and then realise you really can't do one. Parenting is practicing true values of life. Above all parenting is acknowledging the efforts of your parents and then thanks giving. It is to be lived to be felt and valued.
