Personal Time

We often end up saying that we are leading busy lives and don't have time for self, but have you ever realised that what ever you choose to do is due to your own choice of one above the other. You May not be doing this by your wish but this definitely is your choice.

Coming back to our favourite statement of not having time. We have ourselves killed the time that we May utilise expect self, here I mean introspection. Spending time with self is in real means the personal time where you get to analyse where you are heading to against where you want to be.

Lets take simple examples of time we kill on own. The moment you are alone you would either open your chat apps or switch on to music and game. We are solely responsible to not have solitude because we don't have the strength to accept our own shortcomings. We May definitely look back to what we have achieved but often just like to crib about failures rather then doing a root cause analysis.
