Priority Communication

As I write a mail to report certain information that is mandatory to improve processes, I realize how important it is to communicate information at the right time and right manner. I penned certain points as they came to my mind and then realized that the communication would make more sense if I prioritize it according to the need of the hour and write points in the manner which need urgent attention and which would help the senior management relate to the communication and aid them take appropriate actions.

So should be our communications in life that need urgent attention, precise on time and prioritized and effectively communicated with right use of words and without any exaggerations. A part of effective communication is to just put facts ahead and not add our own stories, while you may feel that this is only important professionally but when you are a little vigilant to the floating conversation around at home as well you would realize how important these attributes of communications are for day to day personal life as well.
