Problem demands a solution and not a reaction
Every situation definitely teaches something new, and universe has its own way to aid you in handling it if you chose not to crib and rather fight it out. While we all May feel why me? we forget that the learnings would also be just ours.
Very often, we start looking for support around and the first probable thing is to look for a listening ear. There is nothing wrong in finding listening ear and discuss issues, but the only problem lies in the fact that you not only expect that person to listen to you, but you also expect that person to say something that suits your ear. At this time we fail to understand right and wrong and start analysing things in a way that strengthen our beliefs, be it positive or negative.
One way to have control on our decisions is to understand that a problem will take time to get resolved, a problem demands a solution and not a reaction. What counts here is your patience and keeping the fact in mind that reactions are not solutions to problem. Also understand that it is not important to react to every occurrence at this time, try and ignore things that can push you to extremes, be it in your favour or against you.
The very first step to resolve an issue is to get into a neutral phase and establish contact with yourself, understand your reactions and reasons for them, once in a neutral state understand what is it that you find difficult about the problem ? and what do you expect as solution? Look into the practicality and feasibility of it and once you have a time frame in mind start behaving normal as you now know how far does the solution stand. Your worrying about it or thinking about it every now and then would not provide a solution, it would rather effect your daily proceedings and add on to trouble.
Hoping this blog helps us, I bid a bye for now.
