Raksha beyond bandhan

On the special occasion of Independence day and Rakshabandhan I would like to share a beautiful scene that I experienced in Delhi metro, one of our brave soldiers boarded from Rajiv chowk station and noticed a lady standing. He quickly pointed her the seat reserved and asked the man to stand up. Simultaneously a man seated at an unreserved seat got up to offer seat to this Soldier. I may not succeed in expressing what I witnessed and the mixed emotions I went through in the same moment, but this one incident had significance of both special occasions defined in the simplest form. Mutual respect and responsibility, sacrifice and care, love and strength, everything right there.
