Routine is just boring

Two conversations are the resultant of today blog. One with one of my senior at office and the other with one of my friends. The first conversation included a line which was as follows, "I have never seen this in any organisation I am seeing this for the first time here" this statement was a sarcasm to the processes. In other instance said everything is as usual normal routine. Both instances just indicated the hidden wall that they both had created for learnings in life. Regular is comfortable and so is the common observation that you have always kept making. If you see some thing unusual thank God to give you the opportunity to learn something new today.
