We go through many phases in life and one phase that doesn’t seem to leave us alone for long is the phase of loneliness, this loneliness doesn’t really mean that we are alone and no one cares for us, but it is felt most when you can’t express what you want to or when you fail to express it at all.
We all have our own comfort zones and sometime feel uncomfortable sharing our weakness/insecurities with others, no matter how close that person is.
The trend of chat friends has over taken pen friends as in good olden days, but the logic of relief remains the same. Sharing it all with a person whom you have never met gives you a psychological relief of not facing the person in one, and also makes you more comfortable as you are not liable for any commitment.
Whatever said and done, one thing that remains important , is to share it all. You may be a strong human being but there is only a certain level of stress that your body can handle and it’s important to let go of the rest, hence always be open to sharing it all, with one or the other person.
