Some sound

While crossing a temple I hear few ladies singing. Even though the Kirtan performed by them was less music and more sound it still provided positive energy. It conveyed dedication, freedom, belief and hope. These ladies were unstoppable, they were lost in their own world of choice from where they came out content each time.

You may be involved in various activities and may be involved in performing some of them as daily rituals. What is that one thing that you do for yourself with free mind without thinking what others think of you? Which activity gives you the joy of expression? What is your own music that creates sound?
