A common reaction that most of us have when we are at the lowest is to get irritated or start snapping on others. Some of us have higher level of patience and hence reach to such reaction later than others but sooner or later most of us do go through this reaction. The person with stronger personality can delay it to extremes and probably not even react this way. While it’s very difficult for anyone to keep cool while being at receiving end of such reactions, my loved one often says, when someone is upset and reacts this way, I don’t get hurt I just try to understand that how much pain is that person going through that causes him/her to react this way. These words are easier said than followed but I am a witness of this person following it. I don’t have such patience but would really like to know the art of practicing it. I realized it only today that while I go through extremes of stress, the moment I accept it, I start becoming little humble and soft spoken, while I go through stress I love to see people smiling and I urge myself to do the same and somehow this positive energy around makes me feel lighter and better. Making others smile is the goal that we should adopt when we are stressed. For its only the increase in positive energy that can kill the negative.
Like I said its probably easier for me to write all this but difficult for all of us to practice but what’s the harm learning or at-least trying something that can benefit mankind.
