A discussion on how the experience of customers may be improved involved mostly the technological aspects and reducing the time investment of the customer at airports and during his entire interaction with the company from the time he chooses us for the mode of travel till the time he exits airport. Technology is a boon today and is developing even faster than the implementation rate at any company. Big firms are breaking their own records, every app has to get updated at regular intervals to ensure enhancement and providing best of experience. We all agree to the WOW factor that updated technology can leave on its customer. Customers might be amused by it and talk about it to many people but one thing that should not go un-noticed is that we are dealing with humans, no matter how strong your data base is and how much you know your customer the only thing that leaves the final positive impact is customer service provided by persons involved on the way. Even  the latest technology goes waste if the person who deals with the customer fails to leave a positive impact. The impact of the technology that you are most proud about would fade of with the new one coming in. it is only the exceptional customer service provided by you that would remain with the customer forever. Technology touches a mind which has a tendency to forget the old with the advanced one coming in but Its emotions that leave an impact on heart and are carried a long way. Be cautious about adding a positive one. Ensure acknowledging every soul around.
