treasure of life

On my way to airport I decided to call my friends whom I have not contacted for long. I thought as the world celebrates friendships day I should also utilise this opportunity and make the most of it. I called people with whom I made friends during my travel on duty, while most of them were double my age I had one friend who was less than half my age. I called him and asked do you remember me? he instantly recognised me and I got pleased talking to that young one. Its only after these calls that I realised my real treasure of life that I had earned through investing time and emotions apart from those with whom I share blood relation, it was the relationships that I had built and the hearts that I managed to touch till now. I had done nothing exceptional to anyone, all I did was to be human and acknowledge there presence and value their company. All that any of us wants is to be acknowledged Manisha Dawar
