Small incidents teach a lot, I have always believed that they are two ways in which you can learn from life’s’ incidents, one is through your own experience and one through others experience. This was an opportunity for me to learn through someone else’s experience, while I refrain from mentioning the minutes of the incidents but would just lay a plot of it, one of my known persons colleague got stuck in a weird situation that was not too manageable. It was her reaction to the situation that taught me the lesson of viewing and analysis situation in a broader aspect, how important it is to control our reactions and divide situations and the way we deal with them in steps of priority, the first that you take should solve the problem in such a manner that the situation comes under control and you have a firmer grip to it, this would then allow you to take subsequent steps after logical thinking. While in crisis we should never play a blame game and rather take charge in order to have control
