All of us must have gone through training at one point or the other, what do you look forward to when you are scheduled for a training? Many a times the trainer must have also asked you about your expectations from a particular training, you must have given answer on basis of the topics disclosed in training schedule that was shared with you, but have you ever thought what exactly training is? I am no lecturer to give definition here, but in general training is preparing your mind in such a manner that you know how to react in a given situation. It is the process of conditioning your mind to be away from conflicts of thoughts. Training helps your mind to command your body and its reactions. Have you ever observed yourself walking comfortably in home or known surroundings while you are still indulged in some other work that takes most of your attention. This is one simple example of what training does to your mind. So after all this gyan lets come to the point, can you train yourself to stop looking for sympathy? Can you train your mind to think positive always? The day you manage to do so, your life would become smooth effortlessly.
