care, not just a word

Slowly I have started realising that they are few fundamental rules of life and rest of the things just keep revolving around them or are just another way of presenting the same thought in different ways. Value of words is justified through action, I have conveyed this message in one of my blog earlier as well but today I am here to write specifically  about care. All of us often end our conversations by saying take care. How often do we actually mean it and more than that when have we succeeded to express it in a manner where other person could actually acknowledge our deeds. We all end up saying "do let me know if I can be of any assistance", or end up having long conversations attempting our best to express that we care, but comes one instance where we might have to move out of our routine or comfort zone to stand by the other person, we start finding excuses of not being available in person or end up justifying our acts by naming other person as strong or appreciating the persons self dependency. If that is all we have to offer then why trying to score points by saying sweet words, let me warn you that you would fall into most unreliable category once you are observed deviating from your words in a frequent or any particular manner. You better be out of the expectation cycle of a person rather then being in the unreliable lot.
