compensation of thoughts

Inspiration for today blog is a resultant of a repetitive thought over a period of time. When ever I see a labor working on road, highway or any other project I feel that why ain't they paid good for the hard work that they do, they are the ones who create comfort for all and yet they are the ones living in maximum discomfort, similarly people at ramp, workers in mine and many other professions can be considered under same group of people who work harder then any of the normal man but are always under paid. After thinking for few moments I analysed that the compensation is seldom decided on physical stress but is mostly decided on mind game and the way you utilise it accept for certain areas where you are responsible for lives. This just adds to one more reason as to why its important to have right thought process and use your brains positively.
