As I go through a rough patch in life, I try to have control over myself and be more humble. I develop a deeper sense of understanding to mistakes and how they get done even when you know it is probably wrong. This doesn't happen because your intend was to violate any rules or harm someone but because you had something else on priority, they happen because none of us is perfect and we all can't react to the same situation in a similar manner. Not every one can act in the most matured manner always as is expected by probably the most matured people. Though every mistake is followed by a punishment dependent on the severity of lapse, but is it right to take the mistake to next level or exaggerate it to what could have happened ? Or rather give an input on basis of situation and look into the loop holes or cause of it. If you punish one person you May be able to stop a person from doing the same mistake again, but it you find a solution to cause of such mistakes you would have higher probability of stopping others from doing the same mistake.
Judge the situation and its handling skill first before jusding the person.
