excuses; trait of inefficient

I was observing things outside the car while i was stuck in traffic which though was a daily rourine now but rains was just another reason. Since i was on the way back home I didnt really care much of traffic accept that I wanted to be home and rest after a tiring day. Had it been morning hours there would have been extra chaos and more horns blowing out. Half of the world would have reached late to there respective work places and would have easily quated rains as the reason of delay. If you actually look back to a person who valued time and was efficient he would have taken this into consideration and would have left from home earlier than usual there might have been chances that he would have reached his work place earlier than regular days as well. This was just one common example that I could narrate here to make you understand that circumstances remain the same for most of us, but giving excuse is just a trait of inefficient and careless person. A person who is responsible considers all aspects in mind and leaves no scope of excuses. Such people dont blame others or circumstances for there failures, rather they take charge of situations and be proactive.  The efficient and responsible has a reason to be ahead of time most of the times if not everytime. There can be no end to excuses unless you start behaving responsible. Choice is yours,  but always remeber time and work would  also have a reason to excuse you from success be it in personal or proffessional life.
