Relationships
face to a voice

A meeting of its own kind becomes an inspiration for today's blog. We were called for a meeting that included an indirect communication, people sitting at two corners of the world seeing a common presentation and being heard on loudspeakers via the internet call, I don't know if it was my incapability or a genuine problem that everyone faced, but I failed to register most of the conversation as I couldn't relate it to a person and a face. It was like I was locked in a room and was being haunted with some voice. My mind was just not ready to accept inputs and allocate them in proper functions as would have been done in case of a presenter being there. It was then that I realised how important it is to add a face to a conversation, how important it is to build a reputation with some one you speak too. A communication is most effective when it is relative and you can add a face to a voice.
