intelligence outcome driven

Sitting in the aircraft my mind wandered to a new thought, certain analysis was running in my mind when I suddenly realised a silent truth. Intelligence is recognised by positive outcomes. it is appreciated only when it can be used to make positive impact. Confused? how often have you appreciated the intelligence of people involved behind any terror attack, Isn't it true that though used to create a negative outcome but there was lot of analysis that went behind. Aren't the frauds an outcome of high intelligence? but how many people appreciate it? you might be very intelligent but it would only be judged and analysed on what you are able to show in a positive manner, you would be called clever for a positive scheme that you launch but a cheat if you use the same scheme to cause negative impact.

Intelligence is not acknowledged by mere existence but it is known by its usage.
