I had written a blog on sharing experiences and learning through others experience few months back. We often end up sharing our good and bad experiences with many people during our regular conversations or in groups, but while we do so we also end up taking names of persons concerned. Have you ever been conscious enough to read that your name taking actually creates a perception about any person. As a responsible human you should definitely appreciate people and mention their names as while talking about the incident as it becomes a source of motivation for others and you also give an identity to the incident to which people May look upon for inspiration however you should always refrain from sharing names of the people whose examples are given as part of developmental feedback, for by doing so you would not only create a negative image of the person in front of others but you might also end up demoralizing them. If that is not a reason enough to convince your thought process, just think would you like it if people took your name for such experience Sharing sessions?
