one for all, all for one
I was offering holy water to devotees As part of voluntary services today at Gurudwara Bangla Sahib While I did so I noticed many people and their actions, May be around 50 of them and their hand gestures to accept the holy water and drink it. Some would drink with one hand some with two, some would keep their palm inclined but straight, some made scoop of palm with one hand and others with two. Some would say Waheguru Ji while some would remain calm, few also chose to wash their face with that water and some would pour it on their head. Few of them drank only few sips while others filled their thirst. One thing that was common with all of them was the same holy water being offered to them from same source, yet their acceptance differed as per their attitude. Such are the offerings of God for everyone. He intends to shower same blessings to all but its our attitude to his blessings that defines our life. The way in which we accept his blessings nurtures our thoughts. Almighty has always been fare and equal for he sees all his kids with one eye, its we who create the so called difference.
