succeed together

I was going through a slide show carefully when I noticed a clip art on team work, there was nothing amazing about it except for the fact that there were two screws of different sizes and how they supported each other for smooth functioning. We often talk about team work, group leder etc, but forget to pay attention to some basic rules of teamwork, for e.g. irrespective of the capability of team member each menber should be considered equally important as no matter how small a role he pays, but if he doesnt do his job properly biggest of your efforts can go waste. Similarly it becomes group leaders responsibility to get all team members on equal or near by equal potantial and contribution of tasks. Each one of you may feel proud of being talented extra-ordinarily in a group but your talent would go waste if any of your group member fails, hence true teamwork is praised only when the group succeeds as together.
