I had written two blogs in the morning today and thought that i would post any one of them, but an incident that occurred in metro on my way back to home changed my mind and hence I am here writing this blog. While I was fighting back my own tears and motivating self that all would be fine, I saw a girl sitting on the opposite side, at the corner hiding her tears, sitting with head down. I stopped the music that was running on my phone and observed her for few moments to ensure that I had judged it right. I was surprised as to how people around her failed to notice it, or chose to ignore it. For those moments I forgot my trouble and all I knew was that I want to speak to her and let her know that if she was crying for a person, she does not have to cry for any person, and if she was crying because she was feeling helpless or regretting any of her decision, it was okay to accept situation.
We often take tears as a sign of weakness and helplessness but forget that its people, who are strong enough to acknowledge the truth and have the guts to express emotions who cry, people who don’t care for what the world thinks, and know to live for themselves. People who value others and are compassionate get tears.
It’s sad that in our materialistic world we have lost one of our biggest treasure, which is humanity. Many of us have many friends but hardly all of us have that one friend who would stand by us in all odds. Your treasure is not the endless friend list on Facebook or what’s app. Its neither identified by number of likes on your each post, but your treasure is the will that you have, to stand by others in all the odds and the people who can go that extra mile to make you smile. As stated earlier in one of my blog, your true life partner is your companion for life. S/He who can hold your hand and accept you the way you are.
All of us chose to live for our family and that one someone special, aim to be that one special person whom all can come to and share their sorrows to get smiles in exchange, you may not have solutions to every ones problem but you certainly are blessed with the capability of adding smiles to those teary faces. All you need to do is, feel love for every soul and empathize. Understand everyone’s limitation, learn to forgive and let Go. If nothing else whenever you see someone in trouble, close your eyes for few seconds and pray to almighty to give that person the strength to fight the tough times. it won’t even take a minute of your life but can certainly add value to other person’s life.
