Todays inspiration had to come from none other than the PM(Narendra Modi) and his interesting speech. Which started with a reput building statement at the red fort( at ocassion of India s independence day) that he would serve the country as a prime worker and not prime minister. He established a relationship that would last for ever, for he didnt dictate but communicated. He didnt show false or high dreams but just focused on what is the basis of healthy learning. His speech was not an example of yet another well written politically correct speech but was a straight conversation with guidance to the general public which spoke about optimum utlisation of Man power and resources. A true leader always remebers and shows that he is a part of the team he leads and he is there to keep team together and not to create a wall amongst him and his team, a true leader believes in the potential of his team as he did by saying " make in India and made in India". The basics of any big success lies in clear base and fulfilling most required expectations of larger audience and not raising high expectations in favour of few. I dont have enough words to express the lessons I learnt today hence would urge you to do introspection post listening to his speech with care.
