Have you ever thought what is it that we often fear off? I might be wrong but as analyzed by me they are two factors that lead to fear though both of them are interconnected but still I would define them in two parts for better understanding. The first is the fear of Identity, a fear that you would lose your identity or people would not recognize you, a fear that you would fail to create your own identity in this world, In other words for people who are keen to have fame and name in society, they live with a constant fear and hence start comparing everything in their life with their identity, be it the people they want to live with or walk with. one part of this fear also includes that you would be forgotten. The efforts that you had put in, the time that you had invested all would go waste, your emotions would be of no value, they would not be acknowledged. Each and every human being lives through this fear until he/she finds security and is settled. Second fear is of being left alone, it is the fear of not being wanted or acknowledged, it is the fear that there wouldn’t be anyone to live with you or stand by you when you grow old or reach your decent, there wouldn’t be any one to make you feel needed and valued. This fear is mostly faced by our elderlies in society followed by people who are single parents and then the only child of single parent.
I am no saint to get this knowledge, but I have written what I have felt personally and observed in people around me. The only way to fight this fear is to accept that sooner or later you would have to face this situation, you would not be of same importance as you are today. At every step of life various people will become important for you and so do you become important for others, but there is only one person who stands by you till the end of your journey called life and rightly called your life partner or companion. Its only when you have found your companion that you start ruling out the fears of life for you know that there is someone who would stand by you always.
