Very own reflex action

How often have you noticed a common and repetitive reaction of yours to any similar action? Confused? Did you ever realise that your body has its own automation, and automatic mode which is scientifically termed as the reflex action. Have you observed that While you listen to someone your brain starts searching for answers or arguments it urges you to speak and many a times you actually end up cutting someones conversation. How would you define your verbal replies, do you think all your words are under your control or are they dependent on the action of the person you are dealing with. You might want to excuse yourself by saying that your treatment towards other person was a resultant of his or her actions but the truth is you always have control over your body and its reactions but you chose to be unaware of it either subconsciously or willingly. It is only when your reactions are further reciprocated that your realise the kind of impact you have created, but is it of any use later, especially in case of damage already been created. The only way you can limit the damage is to be aware of yourself and your body first and then try to understand other persons action. Self awareness is not just the act of understanding your own likes and dis likes but it is the state of understanding your actions and reactions and having control over them before they start generating automatically. Imagine if you hd no control over words or your body you would have actually end up saying anything to anyone and also start hurting many people physically too, I know its easier sais than done but thats an art that all of us should try to learn.
