words that play magic

Did some one ever tell you about the magic words, sorry and thank you? I think I have mentioned them in one of my blog months back. While I always believed that they can create magic but have lately started being vigilant about its wonders. Examples come from the metro yet again. I mistakenly hurt some one a little by my bag and as I turn back to say her sorry I observe a very defensive expression on her face, since I knew I had to apologise I immediately said sorry and I was surprised to see the frown turning into smile. At many other occasions I had felt the same way round, while I would feel a little disturbed when someone would enter my comfort zone mistakenly but as soon as I hear a sorry I would smile back and meaningfully say, its ok. Something similar keeps tickling our mind when we have done something for others, not that we want to hear a thank you but once someone says that we get delighted for the mere fact that our efforts have been acknowledged.
