In one of my blog written earlier I had mentioned the importance of not being in your own shell when you are upset. After noticing the inctances of last few days I realise the importance of the shell and when and how it should be used. This shell or comfort zone you enter into doesnt only act as protection for you but to others as well, when you are angry and are experiencing negative emotions. Having been said that I would like to state this clear that I dont encourage hidding things or not expressing your feelings but all I am trying to state here is when you know that you are in a situation where you dont have control over your reactions its better to practice solitude as you would not realise the harm caused by your social engagement under the influence of anger, the purest of intentions may be percieved as wrong on basis od your reactions and body language but later when you calm down all you would have is the guilt and many questions that though may be answered but can never be justified. You would have to learn the art of using the shell and let going of it when not required. For life is also about striking balances.
